Masterminds of the Operation
Brandon Bailey-Cummings
Brandon has always loved houses and architecture. He started as an electrical apprentice as a teen, purchased his first real estate investment at 19, and has now managed more than $14 million in real estate transactions. Brandon has a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the MIT School of Architecture and Planning. He is also a management consultant by background, having started his career at Deloitte, where he helped clients across Scotland, Germany, England, and Canada improve their business performance and profitability. Brandon now focuses his analytical prowess on the Alberta real estate market researching infrastructure enhancements, commercial development, and community evolution. Caitlynn Bailey-Cummings
Caitlynn manages Seventh & Acre’s marketing by day and writes novels by night. She is a passionate community-builder with experience in the real estate, arts, and post-secondary sectors. She has a BA from the University of Alberta, a master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh, and an ardent love for Calgary few former Edmontonians would admit to.
